The role In this role, you will support projects to enhance the Queensland Voluntary Assisted Dying Review Board Information Management System (QVAD Review Board IMS), working closely with eHealth Queensland, software developers, and external agencies to ensure seamless integration. You will create and distribute high-quality project documentation, including project plans, business cases and other materials related to project goals. You will gather requirements, analyse and consult to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and are sustainable in an enterprise environment.
You will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including eHealth Queensland, software developers, health divisions, and the Voluntary Assisted Dying Review Board, to ensure project priorities and outcomes are achieved. Additionally, you will maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and managing expectations to support the delivery of voluntary assisted dying services across Queensland.
Additionally, you will have experience developing and managing stakeholder communication, facilitating business change decision-making, and planning and implementing change. Strong skills in negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and both written and verbal communication are crucial for success in a complex program or project environment.
