**Location: Chapel Street, South Yarra**

We are a modern and exciting Italian Restaurant offering an excellent company culture, competitive salaries, and development opportunities, to support and extend your hospitality career.

You will be working in a unique 4 level venue, which will operate 5 days a week for lunch and dinner in a fast-paced environment, focusing on all aspects of a quality hospitality experience. We are looking for experienced Wait Staff with at least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant.

**About you**:
The successful applicants will have good hospitality experience in quality, fast paced restaurants. We expect all applicants to be passionate, motivated and take great pride in their work, their appearance and striving for excellence with experience in Italian cuisine.

**Skills & Experience**
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional people skills and social awareness
- Excellent time management with exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge and Understanding of Italian food culture and principals
- Some knowledge of wine, beers and spirits for us to build on.
- Experience in POS systems
- Be committed to exceeding guest expectations and delivering hospitality
- Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
