**Your Role**:
As the Lead Educator you will be responsible for the day to day running of the room including the planning, implementation and evaluation of an educational program for young children, in accordance with EYLF and NQF guidelines. Your experience and passion for early childhood education will enable you to support and lead the educators in your room.

**Requirements**:

- An ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or evidence of exemption
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
- A passion for working with children
- Experience leading a room in an early childhood service
- A desire to become a member of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
