**Full-time Pool Technician / Cleaner in Cleveland**

Swimart Cleveland, a leading pool franchise in the Redlands, is inviting applicants to join our existing team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Regular service including pool cleaning
- Maintenance and repair of equipment
- Equipment installations (filter, pump, chlorinator, heat pump, pool lights, automatic cleaner)
- Green pool clean-ups
- On site diagnostic, trouble shoot and repairs
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Identifying and managing sales opportunities
- Building and developing client relationships

**What we’re looking for**:

- Full time, Monday to Friday, working outdoors
- Minimum 2 years’ experience either in a similar or in a trade role (transferable skills)
- Basic understanding of chemistry
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 25 KG bags
- Good attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A drive to succeed and grow within the business
- Open Driving Licence

**Highly regarded**
- Pool industry experience / knowledge
- Trade background (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
