**About the role at Atomi**
- Month-end close processes including bank reconciliations, reconciling payments and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Assistance with processing monthly and fortnightly payroll
- AP responsibilities including supplier payments and processing employee expense claims
- Assistance with maintaining the company asset registers
- Help to prepare annual audit, financial statement preparation and company tax lodgements
- At Atomi we 'push the needle' - You will be driven to look for ways to streamline and automate processes
- Preparation of department budget variance reports on a monthly basis
- Process monthly overhead accruals, prepayments and subsequent journals
- Assist in preparation of BAS returns

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management - Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and undertake reconciliations

- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
