What this job involves
JLL is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator to support the onsite staff with operational activities, providing customer-related support and administrative assistance to ensure excellent facility management services. Key areas include procurement, vendor management, finance, health and safety, and site operations.
**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Operations
Deliver superior customer service
Support vendor management and onboarding
Assist with financial processes
Manage site access and contractor escorts
Oversee site cleanliness
Property Administration
Maintain electronic records for residential properties
Support residential estate budget management
Coordinate maintenance work with Technical Officer
Health, Safety and Risk Management
Assist in safety audits and compliance checks
Follow incident reporting and escalation procedures
Adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines
You’ll have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment.
Collaborative team player

Customer-oriented attitude
Conflict management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proactive and professional approach
Basic understanding of facilities management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Previous experience in general facilities and workplace administration
