- High profile infrastructure projects

In this role, you will work alongside Project Managers to manage the financial components of many infrastructure projects being delivered in the region.

**The Appointment**
In this fantastic role you will excel at our in-house system, updating projects and contract details with financial approvals, contract creation, estimates, tender details and finalising projects.
- Accurately maintain relevant tracking registers in Excel and SharePoint
- Calculate and submit initial and final leave payments.
- Process payments including carrying out governance checks, seeking approvals, goods receipting, and lodgement via various portals.
- Provide advice and training to Project Managers.
- Perform End of Month duties including reviewing justifications, reporting and accrual journal preparation, and assisting with forecasting.

**The Appointee**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in finance administration and/or accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SharePoint and Unifier.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
