The COVID-19 Supply Chain Surety Division will provide a high-quality and resilient supply chain service to ensure our frontline healthcare workers can deliver effective patient care.
As part of the COVID-19 Supply Chain Surety Division (CSCSD), you will be part of an organisation who helps care for Queenslanders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing teams including excellent coaching and mentoring skills, identifying knowledge gaps and working to determine appropriate development activities.
- Deep understanding of category management processes and demonstrated experience in implementing category management strategies and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex strategic procurement projects, including the ability to resolve supplier performance issues; support internal customers in the development of complex specifications; and ensure materials/services are delivered according to contract.
- Demonstrated experience building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders.

**Other requirements**:

- It is a condition of employment for this role, for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 as per the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
