**What’s the role?**
As an Business Manager Trainee your role is to learn everything you can about becoming a successful Business Manager whilst also providing Finance & Insurance solutions to all customers who visit the dealership.

Your day-to-day will look like:

- Working hand in hand with the management team to hoan your skills as a Business Manager
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all customers
- Identifying your customers needs & tailoring suitable Finance & Insurance packages to suit
- Helping close sales based on repayments and affordability
- Preparing and lodging all loan documentation with financiers
- Keeping your customers up to date throughout the finance process
- Funds settlements
- Completing vehicle encumbrance checks

**Do I need Automotive finance**
**experience?**

**Do I receive training, finance accreditation's & support?**
You sure do All training and accreditation's are provided to you from the dealership from day 1. All training is on the job which means you are paid as soon as you start

**Are there any fees, catches etc..?**
There sure isn't When Total Selling Solutions help secure your career there are no hidden agendas or nasty catches.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is essential
- Experience in finance or selling vehicles is highly advantageous but not essential
- Can communicate clearly and effectively with all types of customers
- Energised by building rapport with customers
- Punctual, professional & organised
- Have a great attention to detail
- Availability to work over the weekends
- Hold a current Australian drivers licence & own transport
- Full working rights - Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
