**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies for purchasing, storage, and distribution of têxtile and linen products.
- Manage inventory systems to track materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate reordering and restocking cycles.
- Lead, support, and monitor the performance of logistics and warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align stock levels with customer demand.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by coordinating logistics and transport operations.
- Analyse and optimise storage systems and processes to maintain efficiency and cost control.
- Operate with integrity, professionalism, and a focus on business priorities during working hours.
- Represent the company with courtesy and professionalism in all dealings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management, ideally within the têxtiles or linen industry.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with inventory and procurement systems.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant Bachelor qualification
