We work with landholders, clients, partners and investors to deliver value from managing soil to improve productivity and deliver carbon sequestration.

We are looking for an experienced National Growth Manager to oversee all Sales, Marketing and Farmer & Customer Success functions. You will oversee a team of enthusiastic professionals and will direct our efforts towards the best execution and outcomes. You are passionate about your profession and have great knowledge of all things Sales, Marketing and Customer. You balance a practical mindset with creative business acumen and lead people through complex operations. In addition to decarbonsing your career, you will play an essential role in ensuring the group's efforts are successful in helping it outperform competition.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Overall**

The overall key responsibility of the National Growth Manager is to plan and organise the growth functions and operations (sales, marketing and customer success), and ensure they are aligned with the business plan and project the company’s purpose and brand. Key tasks include:

- build a highly efficient team of professionals
- create a solid network of strategic partnerships
- liaise with other departments to develop and guide a unified strategy to sales, marketing and customer service that meets market demand
- design and review the National Growth group's budget
- ongoing development and leadership of relationship sales culture within the Growth group and across the organisation
- participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- collaborate with finance, product management, operations, innovation and PCS (People, Culture and Safety) strategies and business models
- identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.

**2. **Sales - Delivery of Project Registrations to Achieve Growth Targets**

AgriProve has an ambitious climate agenda which requires ever increasing momentum and velocity in signing up partner farmers to implement soil carbon projects. Hitting these growth targets requires:

- manage farmer engagement sales teams and maintain sales operations
- outline and manage sales budgets and provide detailed sales forecasting
- set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
- monitor sign-up performance metrics
- review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
- identification, negotiation and management of new potential strategic customers and partners
- completion of due diligence on prospective customers and partners
- negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise value creation
- develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet value creation quotas.

**3. **Marketing - Development, Ongoing Refinement and Implementation of Farmer Growth Strategies**

A key focus of the role will be to define marketing strategies to support AgriProve’s overall purpose and growth objectives. These strategies will be designed around direct farmer recruitment, channel partner engagement other strategic partner engagement. Key actions include:

- develop a feasible marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- development and management of digital marketing strategies and PR campaigns, including selection and management of advertising technology and techniques
- develop and monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- prioritise marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for Senior Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Group, Board of Directors and other stakeholders as required
- monitor the market and competitor products and activities in order to provide competitive analysis, strategies and tactics, in addition to challenges and opportunities for growth
- provide guidance and ideas to organise effective high Return on Investment marketing events and advertising with a high Return on Ad Spend
- ensure ongoing brand development and management.

**4. **Farmer & Customer Success - Farmer Liaison and Support**

AgriProve has two groups of customers - the primary group of customers are the farmers who enter soil carbon projects in partnership with the company while the second group are customers of our soil carbon products, such as corporations who contract to acquire AgriProve’s carbon credits. This function provides support to both groups of customers.
