Our client is a Refrigerated Transport Company based in Campbelltown. We are looking for a Junior Office Assistant to join their team for an immediate start.

**Duties include**:

- Job entries using “Translogix/Sapphire” software
- Record and Document Management
- Delivering of exceptional customer service
- Creating pallet dockets using “My chep” pallet software
- Booking in customer freight with DC and foodservice outlets.
- Checking and Processing drivers run sheets
- Pricing and invoicing jobs

**To be successful**:

- Must have great written & verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Fulltime availability
- Interest in transport industry and willingness to learn.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Must be looking for a long-term opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
