**Our Ideal new team members**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Has both restaurant and bar service experience
- Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
- Must be available at weekends and late-night finishes
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- Commitment to your career progression
- Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night
- Training and development of staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated

**Essential requirements**:

- Valid RSA
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Give clear and concise instruction to fellow team members
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly in high stress situations
- Must be able to manage customer complaints
- Participate and support fellow managers in weekly meetings
