Kitchen Supervisor - Hail Mary Burleigh
Hail Mary Burleigh is on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food, organisation, and leading a team in a fast-paced, fun, and professional environment.

- Opportunity to work across our Prep Kitchen, Food Truck, and Burleigh Restaurant

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations across multiple venues
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Assisting with rostering, ordering, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth service and efficiency
- Training and mentoring team members to develop skills and maintain strong team culture
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisor or senior chef role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt and work across different settings (restaurant, prep kitchen, food truck)
- A positive attitude and passion for great food and service
- Flexibility with shifts and availability on weekends/public holidays

Pay: $37.00 - $52.09 per hour
