**About the Position**:
The Learn to Swim Team Leader has a focus on the growth and delivery of the School's program along with the Learn to Swim Swimming program. They are a positive role model, dedicated to leading and motivating the Learn to Swim team to build strong, engaging relationships with schools, students and parents.
**Skills and Experience**:
Well-developed communication skills
Experience in providing high level customer service, through promptly responding to all enquiries
Achieve success through supervision and leadership to the Swimming Instructors & Pool Deck Supervisors
Assist in the training and development of staff, facilitating their understanding of procedures and key responsibilities
Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure a high level of service delivery
Ability to plan and organise work
Ability to make decisions within their area to meet operational needs and be accountable for their actions
Assist in the development and management of staff rosters ensuring coverage of key customer service and program functions
**Requirements of the position**:
Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
Provide First Aid
CPR
Valid Working with Children Check
Successful applicant will be required to complete a Police Check
