**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work 6 hours per week in our office in Gymea, preferably 3 hours over 2 days. The responsibilities will include answering phones, correspondence, booking travel, stationary orders and assisting with administration associated with the Gymea office.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes;
- Great attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The Ability to work independently, prioritise and complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
- The ability to work as an effective team member in a support role.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Minimum Requirements are**:
- Previous experience working as an administration assistant.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Great oral and written skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Administrative writing skills.
