This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to take the next step in their development, working for a reputable global law firm.

**Team**

Kennedys has operated in Australia since 2006. We handle contentious and non-contentious matters for many industries, and provide claims and coverage advice to insurers and insureds for all lines of business across the globe. With over 2,500 people worldwide and around 180 people in Australia.

**Clients**
- Domestic and international insurers and reinsurers
- Underwriters
- Lloyds syndicates
- Global composites
- Captive insurance companies
- Self-insureds.

**Cases**
- Coverage disputes for financial institutions
- Product Liability
- Directors and Officers insurance.

**Required experience**
- 2-4 years' experience, with experience in litigation*
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Methodical and organised approach to file management
- Ability to manage own time, excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and integrity; displaying the highest standard of professional ethics.
