Working with highly respected Partners, Michael Tooma, Alena Titterton and Kiri Jervis who are all recognised as market leaders in Legal500 and other ranking guides, this team works on some of the most impressive and high profile matters, presenting you with a fantastic opportunity to take that next big career step. **About the Team** Our practice is described as "one of the strongest workplace health and safety teams in Australia [with] strength in the construction, infrastructure, energy, transport and logistics sectors. Adept at handling litigation, prosecutions and investigations, the practice is regularly called upon to handle complex and high-profile mandates involving injuries, fatalities and major incidents in the workplace. The team also benefits from the firm's global relationships with insurers. The team is expanding their capability within Australia providing not only local, but regional and global support to their clients. The practice is supportive and varied with front and back end capability. You will find yourself working with high profile clients across a range of different industries including defence, mining, oil and gas, aviation, transport, construction and telecommunication/broadcasting". This is the perfect opportunity for a lawyer (with a strong interest in safety) to take that next big career step. **About You** We are seeking an Associate with between 2-4 years' experience, with particular expertise in health and safety.
