Part of Lutheran Services, **Trinity Community Services** **offers support for people living with an intellectual disability to live as independently as possible through personalised goal oriented self development programs. All our services are delivered in our clients' home.

**About the role**:
We are looking for reliable and adaptable disability support workers. If you want to help our clients and their families imagine the possibilities, and then achieve them, then this role with us is for you

**We are offering casual positions
- a range of shifts including the possibility of sleepovers and weekend support**.
