- Support individuals with intellectual, mental health and/or physical disabilities.
- Must be creative and resourceful to assist participants and clients to achieve their goals.
- Passionate, empathetic & committed to provide the best care to each individual
- Delivering high quality person centered support
- Daily living assistance in the home and community
- Support physical health and emotional well-being
- Assisting individuals to and from community-based activities and appointments.
- Complete all relevant documentation and reporting as required**Requirements**:

- The 'must haves' for this position include:- 18 years of age or older
- Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Driver’s license with comprehensive insurance
- COVID vaccination (min 2)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate or willing to obtain upon employment
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)**The 'nice to haves' but not required for this position include**:- Three months of experience as a support worker (in homes or facilities)**Benefits**- Flexibility We work with you to set your schedule
