Collar Group's Allied Health Team currently is seeking an Area Lead for NSW.

**As the Area Lead you will**
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the area
- Deliver operational targets for the area including growth, retention, financial and clinical impacts
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue in a highly competitive market
- Support Team Leaders to understand performance dashboards, implement actions to address gaps and meet reporting requirements
- Build relationships with external stakeholders to promote Everyday Independence and grow our services in your region

**What your day will look like**
- You would lead a high impact area meeting with your Team Leaders
- Support a Team Leader to lead positive, timely conversations around performance
- You will go deep into company dashboards to understand your area’s performance
- Work with engagement team to implement marketing initiatives in your area
- Connect with other Area Leads to brainstorm opportunities for growth and service improvement
- Take time for professional development or learning to develop as a leader or clinician
- Share a joke and a laugh with colleagues

**What we need from you**
- Be AHPRA registered as either an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist or SPA registered as a Speech Pathologist
- Highly developed people leaders with the ability to see the big picture; preferably with experience in the disability sector
- Mission driven and customer focused with our participants and team members at the heart of everything you do
- Passionate about the rights for people with a disability to have access to high quality, evidence based, person centred supports.
- Change agents looking to support NDIS participants to reach their goals and dreams
- Team builders with great interpersonal skills
- Committed to developing themselves and the people around them
- Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children’s Check
