**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a highly professional and empathetic customer support officer to join their team remotely working from home with the expectation to attend Sydney CBD office two to three times a month. This is an estimated 2-3 month temporary assignment.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to complete high-volume outbound calls to injured people, providing professional and empathetic customer service to support them through their claims journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Complete high-volume outbound calls to injured persons
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate as required
- Educate customers on their rights, responsibilities, obligations and legislative requirements
- Capture, record, and process personal information into the system
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislation

**About you**
- Proven claims management experience
- Experience with complex or vulnerable clients
- Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and Salesforce Lightening
- Genesys Cloud experience
- Flexible to work across on a rotating roster between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully Covid vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
