**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Richmond, VIC

**Pay rate**: $34-37 per hour + Super (Permanent Part-Time on offer after an initial probationary period of casual employment)

**Days**:2-3 days per week (you choose which weekdays)

**Hours**: 8am-4pm (slightly flexible)

**Child**: 6 month old

**Start Date**:

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence
- Fully vaccinated (including Covid-19 and Whooping Cough)
- At least 2 years of experience with babies
- 2 outstanding references we can contact.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This easy-going family of 3 is seeking a Nanager. The baby's needs and safety will be the top priority when she is in your care but the role will involve working alongside parents and also independently so the family is seeking a reliable Nanager who will be flexible with days that involve a mix of childcare and household tasks such as family and baby meal prep, laundry, basic tidying, and errands.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
These creative and active parents juggle their business and study alongside care of their young daughter. They run a business, working from both their home and local office, and value a calm and happy lifestyle. They have a multi-cultural background, an interest in diversity, and look forward to getting to know their new Nanager and what they will bring to the home.

The 6 month old has a reasonably predictable but flexible rhythm to her days and the parents are keen to continue a child-led and informed approach. They would love to involve an experienced nanny in their learning and discussions about her care, while wanting their Nanager to respect and support their parenting decisions.
