We are seeking a mechanically minded TA to assist with workshop duties. This is a permanent full-time position available for immediate start, Monday-Friday at various locations around the Perth metro area. Regular overtime is available. You will also be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay cycle and overtime penalties and allowances.

**Accountabilities of the role**:

- Assisting mechanics with servicing, maintenance and repairs on RJV small equipment, trucks and LV’s.
- Carry out designated tasks as outlined by the Workshop Supervisor.
- General duties as required.

**Skills and Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Own reliable transport and a Western Australian manual drivers’ license.
- Ability to work as a team as well as unsupervised.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Require own basic hand tools.
- Excellent safety attitude, work to maintain and continually improve the safety culture.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude and general knowledge.
- Be able to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Computer Skills.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience as a trade’s assistant.
- Current forklift ticket.
- HR License.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
