Trades Assistant

As a Trades Assistant at ADENCO, you'll play a vital role in supporting our site crews across a range of civil and dewatering projects. Whether you're helping with equipment setup, assisting with crane and rigging operations, or maintaining a safe and efficient worksite, your contribution will be valued and recognized.

Your Role

  • Assist with crane operations, rigging, and lifting tasks
  • Support dewatering and civil crews with equipment setup and maintenance
  • Work safely in confined spaces and at heights
  • Maintain high safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Operate under a structured 20/8 FIFO roster from Perth

Requirements

  • Dogman/Rigger High Risk Work Licence
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
  • Current BHP Induction (essential)
  • White Card & valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work FIFO from Perth
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
