Videographer & Social Media Content Creator (10 HRs/week)

We’re looking for a creative, skilled, and dependable **videographer with content and social media experience** to join our growing team at Breathwork Warrior.

This is more than just filming - it’s about capturing the emotional energy of our breathwork workshops and transforming it into high-impact video content that grows our brand across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We’re building a movement - one that revolves around healing, truth, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation - and we need someone who can visually bring that to life.

**The Role**:
You’ll be the **eyes, ears, and camera** behind our YouTube videos, social clips, breathwork workshops, and eventually our podcast.
You’ll help us grow the **Vish brand** - a raw, real, powerful movement for transformation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Film monthly breathwork workshops** (1x Friday evening/month, approx. 6:15-8:45 PM, low light, intense vibe, non-negotiable)
- **Shoot and assist on long-form YouTube content** (talking head videos, teaching, storytelling)
- Capture **BTS, testimonials, client moments**:

- Edit content into **Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts**:

- Design **YouTube thumbnails** that stop the scroll
- Write **captions + hooks** that spark curiosity and connection
- Grow our **audience, visibility, and engagement**:

- Help set up and film our **future podcast** (optional but preferred)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Brisbane-based (non-negotiable), able to commute to on-site work within 1-2 day's notice and has a flexible schedule;
- You have your own camera, audio, and lighting gear;
- Skilled at shooting in **low-light, high-emotion environments;**:

- Experienced with **YouTube** and **short-form social content;**:

- Growth focused - thumbnails, hooks, titles, and trends;
- You have an eye for design, storytelling, and emotionally engaging visuals to make people **feel something;**:

- Reliable, proactive, friendly and calm to work with, a responsive communicator;
- Respectful of participant privacy and emotional safety;
- Must have an ABN and be responsible for managing your own taxes and superannuation.

**The Brand**

You’ll be working directly with **Vish** - speaker, coach, founder of Breathwork Warrior, and creator of upcoming projects like:

- **Inhale to Excel (YouTube + Kajabi course)**:

- **Surf. Soul. Surrender.** (global retreat content)
- **Men’s work, books, keynotes** and more

This is **not a quick gig** - it’s a chance to grow with a brand that’s going places.

**Hours & Pay**
- ~10 hours/week (flexible outside of event times)
- Paid hourly (rate based on experience)
- Long-term opportunity if we vibe and you deliver
