You will be providing sound project management and delivering technical excellent assessment services to our clients. To accomplish the role you will need to possess occupational hygiene program execution experience, preferably with consulting and mining experience. You will have strong productivity skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.What can you contribute to Simtars?
- Technical leadership providing coaching and mentoring to team members
- Occupational hygiene consulting experience
- Project Management ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer focus and service.
- Plan, prepare and execute occupational hygiene monitoring programs, exposure monitoring surveys and Health Risk Assessments.
- Analyse and interpret data used to prepare reports detailing results, outcomes and relevant recommendations.
- You will possess excellent report writing skills who can deliver to a high standard within tight time frames.
- Strong reporting and peer review skills
- Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to clients on compliance, best practice, hygiene program management and controls
- Exceptional customer management and planning skills
- You will be a great communicator who understands client needs
- Develop and deliver training programs on occupational hygiene
- Undertake quality assurance by assisting with maintaining Simtars' NATA accreditation and Integrated Management System.

What you need for success?
- A degree qualification in either Occupational Hygiene/Applied Science/Engineering/Chemistry/Occupational Health and Safety.
- Mining experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel intrastate, interstate, frequently for fieldwork in remote locations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set daily, weekly and monthly priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal to convey messages to clients that will achieve a desired effect.
- Analyses both success and failure to identify opportunities for improvement.
