You will be providing sound project management and delivering excellent technical assessment services to our clients. To accomplish the role you will need to possess occupational hygiene program execution experience, preferably with consulting and mining experience. You will have strong productivity skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
What can you contribute to RSHQ?
- Occupational hygiene consulting.
- Manage projects ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer focus and service.
- Plan, prepare and execute occupational hygiene monitoring programs, exposure monitoring surveys and Health Risk Assessments.
- Analyse and interpret data used to prepare reports detailing results, outcomes and relevant recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports with clear interpretation.
- Be a great communicator who understands client needs.
- Possess excellent report writing skills delivered to a high standard within tight time frames.
- This is a hands on role with experience in having undertaken occupational hygiene assessments and well-developed reporting skills.

What do you need for success?
- A degree qualification in Applied Science/Engineering / Chemistry/Occupational Health and Safety.
- Mining experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel throughout regional Queensland to service our clients.
- Strong job management skills with the ability to set daily, weekly and monthly priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal to convey messages to clients that will achieve a desired effect.
- Ability to analyse both success and failure to identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential / desirable requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Applied Science/Engineering / Chemistry/Occupational Health and Safety or agreed equivalent as determined by the Chief Executive Officer.
- Current 'C' Class drivers' licence.
- Ability to travel intrastate, interstate, frequently (up to 10 days per month) and possibly overseas for fieldwork in remote locations.
- Provide your current resume, including the names and contact details of two (2) referees with a thorough knowledge of your competencies for this role. One of the referees should be your current or immediate past supervisor.
