**The Opportunity**

MACA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communication Advisor to join their small team at their corporate office in Welshpool. Responsible for supporting the Company’s internal and external communication activities, this role has a strong focus on brand, story-telling and digital activations.

This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience across a wide range of communication channels and take responsibility for projects liaising directly to the executive management team. **To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations with a minimum two years’ experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- Intermediate experience in using WordPress CMS.
- Understanding and experience with digital and social platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication plans.
