**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dandenong South. You will have the opportunity to do the following:

- Provide a strong customer service experience through accurate product knowledge and handling of warranty claims
- Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
- Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service
