But we're not your average podcast studio... TBC Studios is where sound meets strategy.

Most podcast studios will give you a room with a mic, hit record and edit it into something you can upload to Buzzsprout, perhaps with a reel or two to share on social media.

**We don’t do that.**

We start every single podcast with the intention to build a brand _and _a community, to create something that people can't wait to listen to every single week.

But we're not just creating content. Every single podcast we put out into the world has the potential to be exactly what someone needs to hear today to change their life.

And our job is to get those episodes into the ears of those that need to hear it most.

- We work with incredible brands, influencers and people who are voices of authority in their field... so we are searching for someone who LOVES podcasting and telling stories.

Who understands how to stop the scroll, research trends and is excited to build out growth strategies that will help our clients reach more people than ever before.
- **Do you need previous skills as a producer or video editor? NO - as long as you have a passion and love for these areas we'll train everything else on the job.**_
- **You’ll own**:_
- Overseeing all aspects of podcast production from recording right through to publishing and promoting the episodes
- Developing the social media strategy for the podcast including planning, scheduling, and overseeing execution of reels, audiograms, carousels, and written content
- Creating and/or briefing reels and additional content that stop the scroll, build engagement and are geared to reach a new audience
- Building growth strategies for the podcast on all platforms ensuring this aligns with overall brand and content strategy
- Long form editing for Youtube including thumbnail creation
- Writing shownotes and titles that grab the attention of our ideal listeners
- Identifying ways to constantly innovate and ensure videos and audiograms stand out across each platform.
- Innovating ways to build a genuine community across social media and podcast channels
- **You'll thrive in this role if**:_
- You have direct experience editing and producing podcasts or video content OR have these skills and a background in marketing, media or journalism.
- You have experience with marketing messaging and/or psychology and know how to create content that makes people feel completely seen
- You love podcasts and want to build something that has an IMPACT
- Creating 'viral' videos is something that excites you
- You have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and love creating
- You are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients
- There's nothing that annoys you more than watching a video or listening to a podcast that just DOESN'T quite hit the mark and has a HUGE MISSED opportunity
- You have experience with growth across multiple platforms (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
