You'll also be working across our creative sibling Project C Studios is Brisbane's newest podcast and content studio, built by podcasters ... for podcasters and located just off James Street.

After booking hundreds of studio sessions for ourselves and our clients we could never find the studio we wanted ... so we built it.

Our studio is designed to be fully customisable to suit your brand and aesthetic and our priority is to always make you look, feel and sound your best.

The Role:

We've been growing quickly, and so have our shows. We design all of our shows as if we are creating a brand, we know who we're trying to talk to and what they need to hear.

We're looking for a strategic podcast marketer who can own growth and strategic direction for our podcasts.

You'll develop marketing campaigns that help our episodes land in the ears of those that need it most, you'll strategise episodes that help to position our hosts as the go-to in their industry and work with us to secure and script up episodes for guests that are aligned with the overall vision for the show.

You'll be working along our founder and we will teach you everything you need to know about podcasting. You're equal parts strategist, marketer, and doer. Someone who can take a podcast from "just another show" to a platform that grows audiences and drives impact.

What you'll Own:

• Podcast Growth & Marketing

• Build and run marketing campaigns that grow audiences across multiple platforms

• Create content calendars and repurposing strategies that engage and build our ideal audience
• Write hooks, captions and copy that convert listeners into loyal fans
• Track performance and leverage data and macro trends to understand what's working and where the podcast should go next
• Build systems and cross-promotions so that every guest shares their episode
• Tie each podcast back to our clients business goals (community, leads, nurture, authority etc)
• Leveraging AI tools to get a deeper understanding of the audience and their goals
• Not required but strong advantage if you have experience with paid ads across Meta, LinkedIn and Youtube

• Overall Strategic Direction for your shows

• Ideating topics

• Brainstorming and securing guests that align with our overall vision
• Providing feedback and recommendations to our hosts on their current delivery
• Completing first run through strategic edits of episodes for storytelling & engagement (we'll teach you everything you need to know about this)
• Work alongside our creative team to deliver assets that are aligned with each podcasts branding

• Project Management

• Oversee the production of each episode for your clients

• Ensure your clients always have everything they need to show up behind the mic as their best selves

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2 years+ of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media
• Can see the big picture vision and love rolling up your sleeves to make it happen
• Understand the basics of sales psychology (bonus if you've worked in the coaching or course creation space)
• Are genuinely passionate about podcasts, content and the role they play in building influence
• Are extremely organised
• Are a little bit obsessed with understanding TikTok and IG, and already creating content for yourself or others (or want to)
• Are proactive, take initiative and are a naturally fast learner
• Care deeply about the success of your clients, your team and creating work that you are proud of
• Always want to stay ahead of the curve and find ways to innovate and stand out
• Set high standards for yourself and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Have worked with founders or personal brands in the past (or would love to)
• Are a reliable, fast and clear communicator
