Our Melbourne studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician with strong experience as a technical façade specialist and asset management. You will be able utilise your high-level BIM management skills as you work on significant large scale, multi-residential projects. You’ll get to work in a genuinely collaborative environment with the support, resources and opportunities of an award-winning national practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on large scale multi-residential projects
- Work across design development and construction documentation
- Lead specialist services co-ordination and technical façade skills
- Utilise BIM management and co-ordination; REVIT expertise
- Lead documentation packages and mentor others

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary education
- Preferred 5+ years post-grad experience, including start-to-end delivery of $30mil+ projects
- High end REVIT and BIM proficiency
- Experience in technical façade and specialist skills co-ordination
