**About this role**:
Bring your BIM expertise and technical skills to this reputable practice offering beautifully designed private residential schemes. With a holistic approach to schemes, they deliver both the Architecture and Interior Design for their highly regarded clients. Where you come in? Not only can you contribute to these outstanding projects, but with your BIM skills, you can lead the team in the developing and implementing BIM standards across the practice - you will be the 'go-to' guru

**Key responsibilities**
- Show expertise in using Revit BIM tools, with the ability to create models to a high standard
- Develop and implement best practice Revit/ BIM standards across the team, including procedures and guidelines for modelling and BIM management
- Provide training, technical support and mentoring
- Undertake daily model management administration and maintenance
- Contribute across project technical output producing quality Revit documentation through various project phases
- Liaise with relevant project consultants, clients and external BIM resources

**Skills & Experience**
- Architectural Masters or Technician qualifications
- Advanced Revit and BIM 360 skills
- Exceptional communications skills, articulate and confident
- Evidence of delivering full documentation packages including construction detailing across various project schemes
- Ability to identify and resolve both design and BIM issues
- Excellent organisation, planning, prioritising and time management skills
- Detail driven
- Coaching and mentoring skills, and with the ability to guide and influence others

Jenna Harrold

Bio: Jenna gained her Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University and worked as a senior designer on retail, commercial and mixed-use projects for six years. In late 2016 she made the move to Australia to help establish the practice on the ground in Melbourne undertaking a business development role, familiarising herself with local developers, architectural practices and the Australian architecture & design landscape. Jenna has an expansive understanding of the industry domestically and abroad - she joined Bespoke Careers in 2017 on the architecture team.
