**YOUR Next Employer.**is based in Brisbane Central and works in the Education sector. They provide online and in-house courses in Fitness, Health, Dental, Childcare, Human Resources and Business Management. They assist over 4,000 students complete courses per year and endeavour to create inspired, ready-to-work professionals through their supported education courses and programmes.

**YOUR Role..** as a Sales Co-ordinator you will be supporting a team of 12 sales staff and be responsible for distributing leads to them. You will also be responsible for compiling reports using Excel and Salesforce including call stats and conversion reports, among others. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.

**About you**:

- Must have intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to build rapport with team members
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Be an influencer and problem solver
- Able to work autonomously
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in education sales or a sales focused call centre environment will be highly regarded
