About the Role

We are looking for an expereinced Observability Devops Engineer to join our Dynatrace team. We are looking for someone who has delivered various Devops projects in an enterprise environments.
- Lead or support the installation and deployment of Dynatrace across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
- Conduct version upgrades, patching, and maintenance of Dynatrace environments.
- Perform configuration and optimization of Dynatrace settings, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and monitoring rules.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their use of Dynatrace to improve visibility, root cause analysis, and system health.
- Translate client business and technical needs into effective observability solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations for Dynatrace adoption and maturity.
- Deliver workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to client stakeholders.

About You
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience using Terraform to deploy and manage Dynatrace configurations and environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex monitoring and performance issues.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills - you can talk tech and translate business value.
- Scripting experience (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) and knowledge of APIs is a bonus.
