As an Integrated Services Lead - Life of Field Lead, You will provide technical advice and input into customer activities to ensure safe and successful operations both onshore and offshore

As an Integrated Services Lead - Life of Field Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Being a Point-of-Contact between designated customers and internal parties to support offshore operations and to manage asset, inventory, and maintenance.
- Planning and performing Operation Readiness for offshore campaigns including but not limited to personnel, spares, procedures, documentation, contingency plans.
- Organizing personnel and equipment to meet customer requirement for both onshore and offshore activities.
- Capturing and sharing learning points within the team for continuous improvements.
- Managing action trackers for internal and external issues and follow up with stakeholders as necessary to ensure timely closure.
- Leading and participating in HSE, Integrity and Quality initiatives as well as weekly customer meeting.
- Managing commercial aspects and contractual issues related to the LOF scope.
- Support the Life of Field Team members in day to day tasks and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least diploma in any Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Show extensive hands-on working experience in Oil & Gas industry, specifically in Subsea and/or Services.
- Have direct experience in supporting Oil & Gas clients and projects in the regions
- Have good IT and technical skills with fluent English in both written and oral communication.
- Display knowledge in Subsea Equipment products, i.e. Wellheads, X Trees, Controls, Flow Line System, etc.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain good customer relationship. Ability to travel to Baker Hughes Facilities and offshore as required
- Show proven ability to manage a dynamic and fast paced environment in a matrix organization.
