Halliburton has exciting opportunities for Service Supervisors to join our Slickline product service line. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Jandakot, Western Australia but will work FIFO to various remote field locations.

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Leads a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in a geographic area.
- Accept accountability for on-site customer satisfaction.
- Confirm that all necessary tools are ready, complete and correct for the job.
- Integrates understanding of Halliburton business procedures to operations.
- Serves as a liaison in collaborations with other service lines to provide guidance to customers.
- Train, mentor and guide Slickline Service Operators and Operator Assistants in the proper performance of pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.
- Obtain pertinent service work information from the customer and effectively communicate appropriate information to assigned worksite colleagues.
- Communicate pre-job and on-the-job progress to customer.
- Perform on-site emergency unit/equipment maintenance.

**Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Slickline field operations required
- Experience using Halliburton equipment is highly desirable, but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to satisfy OGUK Medical

**Location**: Jandakot, Western Australia

**Status**: Full time, permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
