**Job Description**:
- We are seeking a talented and energetic marketer to support CoreLogics’ Real Estate, Broker, Construction and Consumer segments. If you have a passion for marketing combined with proven experience in managing multiple initiatives, driving lead generation and increasing customer engagement, this could be the role for you. Be an integral part of a close knit marketing team and hone your experience in a fast-growing, data led, business that is at the forefront of innovation and technology in the property industry.
- Work closely with the Head of Real Estate, Broker, Construction and Consumer Solutions Marketing to build best-in-class marketing strategies.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives - including industry campaigns, product promotion activities, sponsorships and digital marketing - to drive new business, increase retention & engagement for the segments
- Project manage all industry vertical initiatives end-to-end ensuring objectives are met with on time, in budget delivery
- Generate campaign briefs for brief relevant resources (Creative Studio, digital agency, content agency, sales enablement etc) and work closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaign activity.
- Manage campaign delivery (inc. media, creative development, production, legal approval, internal briefing etc)
- Continuously assess and report campaign results, implement improvements where necessary and explain variances.
- Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
Job Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Ability to effectively drive results and work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and dependencies, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines and assess the impact of change on delivery
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
- A passion for translating product solutions into meaningful, customer orientated value propositions.
- Eye for detail and drive to ensure consistency across all marketing and brand outputs
- Understand current marketing trends
- Multiple stakeholders management
- Possess a positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
Experience and Education Required
- An undergraduate (or Comparable) qualification in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 2-5 years previous experience in a B2B marketing role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, time manage and multi-task
- Strong data-driven thinking and the ability to analyse quantifiable metrics
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Highly desirable: Salesforce and/or Pardot experience, experience in real estate or construction marketing.
