**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an experienced **Marketing Campaign Manager** to join our team based in **Macquarie Park**. In this pivotal position, you will help us prepare and execute marketing campaigns, report on their effectiveness with a focus on continuous improvement, and work across all levels and functional departments to find out what makes us unique, to communicate it to the world

***Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Creation and implementation of all Blackwoods CVP and promotional campaigns
- Developing & implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Reviewing campaigns for continuous improvement and driving innovation to competitively differentiate offerings
- Setting KPIs for all campaigns, and delivering timely reports of results including evaluation of KPIs
- Building and maintaining relationships through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Communication, motivation and accountability on actions needed to implement business plans
- Adopting a team mindset of continuous improvement and solutions-focussed problem solving

Requirements for success:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years B2B Marketing with a strong focus on campaign management
- Experience directly or indirectly leading or supervising teams
- A passion for collaboration and teamwork, with a customer first approach
- Project management experience designing, leading and implementing go-to-market models
- Exceptional stakeholder management combined with excellent influencing and coaching skills
- A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise with a solutions-focused approach
