**Your Purpose**:
Annalect is building creative solutions around data, technology and analytics to help our clients navigate the increasingly complicated and fast changing world of media.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and representing the Annalect offering to our agency partners and clients in Melbourne and manage smooth delivery of Annalect projects in Melbourne. With mentoring and support from Head of Customer Success, you will be bringing to market a set of leading solutions powered by some of the best talents in the agency ranging from: - Business intelligence, Data and Tech consulting and Marketing Science.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Represent the Annalect services offering in Melbourne
- Grow the business profitably by acquiring new clients and working with Head of Customer Success and GM of Growth to maximise profitable business growth.
- Develop tailored and integrated Annalect solutions for clients.
- Identify business opportunities and challenges; leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses.
- Simplify complexity of solutions through compelling narrative which resonates with partners and clients different levels of expertise and competency areas

**Your Expertise**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a media or technology agency
- Proven track record of achieving targets within challenging sales environments
- Strong project management experience, managing stakeholders nationally
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Expereince with AWS, Google Cloud and/or other big data platforms is beneficial
- Strong understanding of marketing cloud platforms is advantageous
