We are seeking an experienced **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing and customer growth initiatives at Star Aquatics Mentone.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and maximise customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct the **development and implementation of sales strategies** and set sales targets to maximise organisational growth and customer engagement.
- Lead the **creation and execution of marketing campaigns** to promote Star Aquatics’ services to a wide audience across multiple platforms.
- Develop strategies to **increase brand awareness, loyalty, and customer retention** through consistent messaging and high-impact storytelling.
- Oversee initiatives to **build and maintain the organisation’s image and reputation** with customers, investors, and the wider community.
- Monitor market trends, analyse performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, or a related field** (Master’s degree advantageous).
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in sales and marketing management, ideally within service-oriented industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and results delivery.
