**_The role_**

To drive the development and implementation of the growth agenda for Patties Foods business and brands across the International Market. Achieve the growth, revenue, and profit objectives by initiating, developing, and maintaining genuine business partnerships to meet customer and consumer objectives. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing an international sales strategy for PFPL that achieve the sales objectives for targeted International Markets.
- Monitor market performance of existing product range within the international market and make recommendations on changes / rationalization to the product range, including new product development to grow category market share and profitability.
- Campaign and propose effective innovative opportunities for Patties in the international market in:

- o Sales promotions and initiatives ROI.
- o Customer experience management
- o Go to market strategies
- Support a performance orientated sales and service culture that ensures a motivated and committed environment.
- Form teams with appropriate and diverse mix of styles, perspectives, and experience.

**_The person we seek_**
- Experience Sales Manager with significant experience within the Asian & US Markets.
- Anticipates future trends and implications accurately. Positions views and arguments appropriately to win support; Convinces others to take action.
- Has a strong bottom-line orientation. Relates comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography
- Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
- Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements. Forms teams with appropriate and diverse mix of styles, perspectives, and experience.
- Understands the meaning and implications of key financial indicators. Uses financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities
- Is confident under pressure; Handles and manages crises effectively; Maintains a positive attitude despite adversity

**_Experience & Qualifications:_**
- 10 + years of experience
- Masters Level Business Degree with a Sales focus.
- Proven experience in FMCG Sales with a focus on Global / International markets.
- Experience in the Asian Market would be favourable.
- Multi-lingual skill would be advantageous.
