This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage retail operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**: - Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the store while training staff on products, service delivery, and sales techniques. - Preparing and analysing financial reports, including monthly and quarterly summaries, to identify market trends, set budgets, and plan for profitability. - Collaborating with the marketing team to determine seasonal stock ranges and highlight popular, "on-trend" tile and flooring products. - Managing stock levels efficiently by monitoring inventory and coordinating the ordering process for tiles and flooring products. - Advising customers on product selection, providing quality assurance, and offering tailored quotes to meet their needs. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and local traders to foster loyalty and drive repeat business. - Setting product pricing based on market analysis and sales targets to maximize profitability. - Overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of sales staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Ensuring the store complies with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role within the same industry is a bonus. - Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control, and customer service standards. - Proven ability to lead and train staff effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. **How to Apply**: To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and/or qualifications.
