Plant Operator Required in Coolaroo

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge with one of Australia's leading renewable companies as a Plant Operator?

In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Cardboard baler on a full shift, ensuring the safe storage of bales, and performing daily/weekly maintenance on the baler.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe operational area while also handling the operation of machinery such as loaders and forklifts.

7am start
- Operate the Cardboard baler on a full shift
- Store the bales in a safe place
- Perform daily/weekly maintenance at the baler
- Ensure that the operational area is clean and safe
- Drive a loader and forklift
- Perform a bale stocktake and report issues to the manager
- Load Semi trucks or B/Double trucks with the forklift
- Load Sea Container with the forklift
- Organize incoming and outgoing Cardboard with the team and/or the manager

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in operating machinery such as loaders and forklifts
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe operational area
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to report issues to the manager
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations would be advantageous

**Qualifications**:

- Valid forklift license
- Heavy vehicle license would be an advantage
- First Aid Certification
