**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Add significant value to the client’s life by supporting with duties including Personal Care, Domestic Support, Socialisation and Companionship.

The client is a 92 year old gentleman living with dementia. He speaks 3 languages (English, Russian & Chinese), he enjoys the outdoors, and has a passion for birds & music. He loves doing daily tasks together with his carers.

- Location: Caulfield South
- Shifts required: Daily services, MON-SUN,2-3 days/week, 8.00am - 8.00pm

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Compassionate, patient, well spoken
- Ability to follow directions and care briefs
- Shows initiative
- Ability to build authentic genuine working relationships
- Punctual, professional and committed

**Requirements**:

- A current driver’s licence and a reliable roadworthy vehicle is essential.
- Experience with high care clients and dementia is essential.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / HACC / Disability / Individual Support.
- Previous work experience in Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Nursing OR lived experience caring for a friend or loved one.
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Applicants with multilingual proficiency encouraged to apply.

- $6,000 yearly car allowance (full-time equivalent)
- Plus leading industry and above award rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
- 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days personal leave per year

- Paid CRP and first aid training renewal
