Are you an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical excellence and leadership? Are you ready to step up into a rewarding Clinical Manager role? If so, we have an outstanding opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the delivery of in-home aged care and NDIS services.
- Supervise and support a team of care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents.
- Ensure adherence to Right at Home’s best practices and standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Nurses (RNs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs).
- Provide support to the Care Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background.
- Aged Care and NDIS experience is preferred.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, extensive leadership, and management experience.
- Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations.
- A valid Police Check.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Driver’s Licence.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
