
Residential Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards. Work with vendors and contractors to manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely collection of rent and other fees. Provide regular financial reports to property owners and recommend strategies for maximizing property value and profitability.
- Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of the properties and identify any necessary repairs or improvements. Ensure that properties comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Lease Renewals and Terminations: Manage lease renewals, negotiate terms with tenants, and handle lease terminations in accordance with company policies and local laws.
- Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, utilizing online platforms, social media, and local advertising.
- Compliance: Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance staff and administrative personnel, to ensure efficient property operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role, preferably in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, local housing regulations, and fair housing laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and property owners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $53,970.68 - $97,789.13 per year
