Real Estate Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and financing options.
- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring they are marketed effectively through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and open houses.
- Showings and Open Houses: Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers and answering any questions they may have.
- Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations, working to secure the best possible terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions using CRM software and other tools.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, lenders, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Active real estate license in Victoria or willing to get one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using technology and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $149,981.25 per year
