Your Role:

- Provide top-notch cleaning and laundry services, sometimes working alongside your team.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure our high standards are met.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling and inventory.
- Play a key role in marketing efforts and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Guide and nurture your team, promoting a culture of positivity and adaptability.

The Nitty Gritty:

- Salary: A negotiable Above Award Rate, rewarding your expertise.
- Hours: 38 hours per week plus reasonable additional hours as needed.
- Work Schedule: Predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekends or public holidays.
- School Holiday Commitment: Must be available during school holidays.
- Flexibility and Dedication: Adaptable to varying demands, ensuring high standards.

What We're Looking For:

- At least two years' experience leading a cleaning team or business.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Current police check and valid driver's licence.
- Physically capable of handling cleaning and laundry tasks.
- References are a must.
